📄 Refund Policy

At Govt. Model Senior Secondary School , we value transparency and aim to provide clarity on all transactions involving our online payments — including tuition fees, registration, donations, or any subscription-based services related to our website.

🔁 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Payment made for an incorrect service.
  • Technical issues leading to multiple charges.
  • Payment failure with deduction from the payer’s account.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services already availed.
  • Change of mind after successful payment without valid reason.
  • Payments made after the deadline (unless prior approval was granted).
⏳ Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, and credited to the original payment method.
